If you are not entirely satisfied with our trains, we're here to help.

If the product is incorrect and the error is on our behalf then the products can be returned. A new or replacement part for the product will be sent out as soon as possible.

Please contact us prior to returning the loco or part.

An important notice on delivery times

We offer courier service with registered tracking. If a product is in stock in Australia then we will send the item within 1-2 business days. However some of our locomotive or live steam products may not be readily on hand. We will communicate with you throughout the delivery process if there is going to be any delays.

Please note, we can not be held responsible for courier faults or delays caused after we dispatch your locomotive. We use priority services, and once your order has left our dispatch dock, delivery is out of our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on most of our items, however if we quote a delivery fee this is at cost. And charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

If we have a sale product, a discounted or negotiated price. These products may not be refundable. Please talk to us at the time of ordering for assistance.
