For sale is a 7ΒΌ" gauge "SweetCreek" Steam Locomotive, featuring a 2-6-0 Wato design. This locomotive is equipped with a Briggs boiler that currently holds a valid boiler certificate. The locomotive benefits from a comprehensive braking system. It features full air braking for both the locomotive and the tender. Additionally, there's a separate air brake control for carriages, and it's even suitable for double heading if required.
When it comes to lighting, the locomotive doesn't disappoint. It's outfitted with electrics for the headlamp, marker lamps, and tail lights. Plus, there's an electric control system for carriage lighting.
The tender comes with its own set of features. It has a hand brake and houses a 45-liter stainless steel water tank. Moreover, the steam cylinders are enhanced with an automatic oil lubricator and are fitted with drifting valves. You'll also find twin steam-operated water injectors.
An interesting tidbit: this very locomotive was selected to carry the Queen's Baton during the most recent Commonwealth Games.
Additionally, there's a purpose-built tandem wheel car trailer available, designed specifically to transport the "SweetCreek" locomotive.
